Do I lose my WhatsApp customers?
No. Neighbours can still find you the old way; on Kaslami they can also book and follow the job.

Add them as a walk-in yourself. The job still goes through the app.
What if I have no reviews yet?
Your storefront says “No reviews yet” until customers leave them. We never make numbers up.
