How do I find someone nearby?

Search on this site or in the app. You will see businesses that are listed near you.

Can I book from the website?

No. The website is for browsing. Download Kaslami to book, pay, and follow the job.

I already know who I use.

Invite them so you can book them here instead of chasing them on WhatsApp.

How do I change or cancel a booking?

Open the job in the Kaslami app and message the business there.

Can I message a business from the website?

No. Messaging stays in the app so the job and the chat stay together.

I booked without the app.

Use the booking number we sent if you need to quote it. WhatsApp is not a support inbox.

Can I pay in the app?

Planned. The intent is to pay in Kaslami and release money when the job is done. Until that ships, follow what the business asks.

Where do I change my profile or password?

In the Kaslami app, under account.
