Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or R1,000, whichever is less.

20.1 Apple App Store

If you download our app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Kas'lami only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or content thereof.

20.2 Google Play Store

If you download our app from Google Play, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and Kas'lami only, not Google. Google is not responsible for the Service or content thereof.
